iPay88 Internet Payment Service is operated by iPay88 (M) Sdn Bhd. iPay88 (M) Sdn Bhd will be shown on your Credit Card/Bank statement and you will also receive a notification e-mail from iPay88 on any transaction.

Refunds for Digital Product (if applicable)

Digital products, which are downloadable, such as video access, are not eligible for return.

Ticket purchase for any of our events are not eligible for return.

Refunds for Merchandise (if applicable)

Our refund policy is 7 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Donation Refunds (if applicable)

For donations made using the website, if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to Putrajaya Temple, we will honour your request for a refund made within 7 days of your donation.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to No. 19, Jalan P14C/1-5, Presint 14, 62050, WP, Putrajaya.


Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: PosLaju.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: No. 19, Jalan P14C/1-5, Presint 14, 62050, WP, Putrajaya.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over RM50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

A refund back to the respective payee account shall be made via the original payment method within 14 days.
