The Government changed again the Committee had also sent appeal letters to the Unity Minister and the Prime Minister yet to get any response from both

24 Jan: Committee attended a meeting at JPM
Also present were officers from JPM-ICU, JKR and KP MITRA
Committee were told that RM5 Million has been approved and the agreement documents are being prepared
29 Feb: The Government changed hands and Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin became the 8th Prime Minister of Malaysia
This also brought a change in Unity Ministry which froze all approved grants for the year 2019

Committee submitted official application to JPM seeking Funds to complete the construction of the Temple
Director General of MITRA (JPM) visit/meets the main Committee at the Putrajaya Temple worksite and told that MITRA had been directed to look into the Temple Committee’s application for Fund to complete the Building

Nov: Committee were told to get the Ulasan Terkini from Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan, Jabatan Tanah dan Galian and Perbadanan Putrajaya
Dec: Committee were told that a RM5 Million grant had been approved and was called to sign documents pertaining to the grant Agreement at JPM
May: The Persatuan’s 13th AGM was held, and new office bearers were elected
The new office bearers/committee had decided to put all Public Fund-Raising activities on hold and seek government funding to complete the Building of the Temple
The Committee approached YB. Senator P. Waytha Moorthy who was a Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (2018-2020)
The Committee was advised to submit application for Fund to the Jabatan Perdana Menteri
YBM. Datuk Seri Utama. Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor donated RM400K (Federal Territories Minister/Member of Parliament for Putrajaya)
Works were halted again due to lack of Fund
YBhg. Dato’ Sahadevan NLFCS donated RM500K. Construction work resumed
Ground works came to a halt due to lack of funds
Donation from well-wishers: RM 250,000.00
First Donation by Temple management: RM 35,000
The Construction Planning works started officially

Perbadanan Putrajaya approved the Building Plan from Architect (Planner)
Perbadanan Putrajaya gave approval to build the Temple

Soil test conducted
Jabatan Tanah dan Galian (Seksyen Harta & Tanah) gave approval to build the Hindu Temple
Temple plans/drawings were submitted to Perbadanan Putrajaya the Local Authority for approval. Strict requirements must be adhered to
Government allocated the land to the Persatuan to build the Hindu Temple
Government servants transferred to Putrajaya
